Not sure what a target improvement for them would be come May. For Spurs I have set it at 72 pts (which is 4 additional wins - quite modest IMHO) .
72 points for Postecoglou's first season would be incredible. I'm just hoping for some good football, European qualification and an idea of where we're going. The squad still needs some serious work, in my opinion.
I cannot remember loaning a player to United who can't get into our team and atm looking like one of the bright players in their team. How far has the United defence fallen?
Not just can't get into our team, but can't even make the squad. They've been forced into this position because of injuries, but still... Not sure how this wasn't a penalty, though: https://dubz.co/c/8ac0d4 Comes straight through him and then toe-pokes it.
A little. You can see Reguilon, Fernandes and Hojlund appealing while Pellistri's rolling around. The clip follows Davies instead though, who looks like the most guilty man in the world.
I still can’t really understand the reasoning behind why we froze Reguilon out the last two seasons. He’s miles better than Sessegnon (who isn’t?) and he’s a better attacking LB than Davies. On paper he’s the second best LB at the club after Udogie, really does confuse me a little at his treatment. We persist/ have persisted with far, far worse players than him.
Remember how for something like eight transfer windows in a row I was hoping us being linked to Onana was just his agent trying to drum up business? Yeah, this is why
At 35 seconds he knees him up the arse. Makes lots of contact and then gets the ball and a bit of his ankle, in my opinion.
Ultimately, the combination of being loaded with LB and/or LWB options coupled with the squad's abysmal balance of HG to Non HG players made him the most expendable member of the squad outside of the obvious deadwood
The millwall and Orient loan striker put Bayern 3 up from the spot against the former best team in Manchester
He looked to me like he was thinking, time to update my resume. As the tennis commentators live to say, his body language is not good. Starting Fernandes, Casimiro and Eriksen together in midfield is madness---guarantees Man U will be overrun.
Bonesaw McGraw getting huffy at people suggesting he only bought Newcastle for sportswashing purposes Might have been a good idea to keep his lip buttoned, lest people start to notice that sportwashers always buy down on their luck clubs and never top ones, so they can gaslight tens of thousands of people every single match into viewing them as a savior who must be worshipped and defended at all costs...
