Think I’d be happy these days if the players were just made to draw straws to determine who gets a shirt.

If the first eleven don't crack it we've speed and power on the bench for when they're tiring ...

... I'm shocked these days if we fail to score.

I'm going 2-0 and a quieter affair than QPR ......

.... Ha'way the Lads and good luck to everyone going!!!

TM does come over as being a little morose. But who cares - as long as he is a good coach, which he is.

I respect Blackburn and how they compete in this division. They value their academy players and give them there chance. They are in a competitive catchment too. They have a good record of bringing in talented players. They are well setup by their coach and are nearly always competitive in games and seem able to play according to the opposition.

Above said I am hopeful tonight. What we do in CM I feel will be key. They are strong in that department. We have options up front to be more conservative in there, so maybe Bellingham will get the nod. Ba deserves to keep his place and I wonder if Roberts plays central? Pritchard might deserve a start, or maybe the view is he is so good when the game opens a bit he is viewed as a finisher, like they say in Rugby. I suspect Burstow will keep his spot, but wouldnt mind Hemir getting plenty of minutes. The lad is a player for me, just snatching at chances a bit. Hoping for another glimpse of Rigg somewhere along the line tonight.

I'd happily play Aouchiche either as a start or off the bench especially if Burstow or Hemir are on the pitch ...

... his debut seemed to be overshadowed, against QPR, but I was amazed at his talent.

He tackles, runs off the ball, takes players on, links up well and knows how to cross a ball.

None of this 'settling in' nonsense, he looks like he's been there for years.

He looked the part I thought. Has a history in CM too. I would be excited to see him play again.

My heart telling me we should win again tonight but my head telling me how often do we win 3 games in a row. I'd probably take a performance and a draw. If we do win, and there's every chance we will...I might start getting carried away. :smiley-finger007:

That's as close as you need to be mate.

There's a few little subtleties you could throw in but it's like a Cockney saying haway ...

... not perfect but close enough to understand <laugh>

Based on the photo of the shirts hanging up in dressing room, I think it might be Rigg and Neil centre mid.
