A ****ing self-parody - she actually said economic institutions and think tanks have been taken over by the Left. Hello? Tufton St and the IEA, whose budget this actually was, are the "Left'? Through the ****ing looking glass.
The MAYOR of London, who is elected, is part of some thinktank that suggested some unrealistic idealistic ideas during one of their meetings. Somehow that means KHAAAAAAN is now going to ban burgers and fried chicken in the next 7 years. It all makes sense, you just need to read the same fruitloopy articles the hard-of-thinking on here do.
Yeah just because Sadiq as head of the C40 says they plan to ban cars meat & air travel. You should just assume he's joking . Says low IQ vegan incel without driving license living in London that thinks cars & meat make the climate change less betterer

Don't bother looking at the C40 website where all their idiotic plans are laid out just go to Wiki . https://www.c40.org/news/a-sustainable-diet-by-2030-is-key-to-solving-the-climate-emergency/ Type 'Wot is da job of da mayor of Lundin'
These think tanks are all connected to WEF who have influence over every major politician in the World. And we wonder why Starmer (next PM) is off to Davos . Nothing to worry about .
How does that explain KHAAAAAN setting rules/laws that are completely unrealistic and not in his control?
I don’t live in London, so his current actions have no impact on me. However, I pointed out the think tank he’s a part of connection with WEF. WEF have the exact same goals. The WEF have major influence with politicians. They can implement what they want when in these politicians are in power . We don’t get a choice . He might not be able to fully implement these elements but he does have a lot of control over London. The more WEF influenced politicians do, the more they can start to implement sweeping changes . do you trust the political class ?
While he wears a red rosette, Khan can do no wrong in the eyes of the extreme lefties on here. They are incapable of thinking, and simply parrot the script of their chosen ideology, or post banal guff.
So you agree that Khan has no power to make those changes? The WEF stuff is irrelevant. Unless I suffer a serious head injury or drink copious amounts of bleach I doubt I'll ever deny that climate change is real. I really struggle to see why people are against reducing pollution in cities, it's pretty ****ing obvious if you live in London like I do that pollution levels are still too high. If the alternative to Labour in power is either the Tories or Reform/UKIP/etc.. then I'll take Labour any time. I don't agree with everything Corbyn or Starmer present, but they're ****loads better than the thieving ****s we currently have running our country. Whatever you beliveve the WEF will do, there will never be climate lockdowns, bans on flights, carbon credits for civilians or full bans/limits on meat/shopping/etc. Just like the world isn't in permanent lockdown, people forced to take boosters every few months, global communism (whatever the **** that even means), etc...
Its not irrelevant? Already explained why . Countless times. Yes , changes need to be made to lessen impacts on the environment etc however , the current race to net zero is not the answer . Extreme measures rarely are . And it’s amazing how every major power - except the Chinese - have the same views and goals . Things will change and they may not all be implemented immediately but I bet within 15 years ,, you won’t be allowed to fly as freely as you do now. And as I said before , 15 minutes cities etc may be great in the initial phases, but in my opinion, they’ll be used for control . Note - carbon tracking is already in place. Carbon credit cards .Optional right now. beta phase. Carbon credit for the proles will no doubt come in . anyway , I have this circular argument every few weeks. It’s pointless . Your kids’ kids will have far less freedoms than you have.
