    Maybe he was last Saturday?
Who employed him ? The yanks ? What were his credentials and recent track record in deciding to put him in charge of a championship team ? Was he a cheap option / gamble ?

Quick rant before I head off to the sand for 6 weeks.

Could anyone see a game-plan? Did any players know what it was?

I think we can see the mental state of our team by the demeanour of our Captain. Grimes looked disinterest in the game plan the team were asked to execute. When Duff spoke to him on the touchline you could feel his embarrassment as Duffs words sucked the life out of him.

Has Duff lost the changing room already? He's been so negative since his arrival, 'it's gonna take time' (it does for every manager, negative rhetoric, excuses before we kicked a ball). 'I didn't win a game in first ten with Cheltenham (NEWSFLASH We're not Cheltenham and this isn't Div II you negative f*ck) Duff is so full of pre season excuses, 'beating Cardiff was not the be all and end all (what a stupid, dumb, ignorant thing to say you dumb f*ck) The negative slime just oozes out of him.

I had so much hope this summer but Duff's constant negativity has extinguished that spark just like Bewildered Bob Bradley did in our premier league days. I hope Duff doesn't give us similar nostalgic memories of 'when we used to be in the championship'.

He's got two games to pick the players up off the changing room floor, give them something positive to fight for and mould them into something worthy of our brand, our fans, our time and our support. If he loses one he has to go.

PS Hate to be right about Pederson

Very early days for both of our clubs mate. Plenty of time for things to get better or worse. That said, I'd be lying if I said that after the last few seasons I wasn't enjoying our current upturn. You guys have had it your own way for too long <laugh>

Glad they got to you in time. Goodness knows what the waiting time for that op is now. No reflection on the good people at the sharp end of the service who continue to do their best in increasingly trying circumstances.

My friend’s wife was told a year ago that the wait was 4.5 years ….

Sancta Maria wanted £17k to have it done privately.

She went to Lithuania and had it done for £7k - all went well <cheers>
