Come on, this is entirely Martin's team and Martin's tactics he wont hide away from it. We arent able to execute his game plan. Out of possession we aren't marking players and we aren't tracking runners. When the ball is moved into space for a running player we don't seem to know who is supposed to be doing what. Its a shambles out there.
Yeah on paper we have the players to do well in this league but we are just setting up so naievely Early days and hopefully he will learn but a 2 week international window and it’s the same
I thought Downes was meant to be that player? Didn't Martin say we would look tighter defensively with him in the team? Quite the opposite so far.
RM doing what he’s good at. No idea about Defensive setup nor tactics. What a ****ing joke. Interesting I listened to TSP & they had a LC fan on talking about their setup, tactics, etc. Learnt a lot pre game & all correct. We obviously didn’t listen.
I suspect it'll be more middle of the road this season. We'll beat the dross and lose to the quality. I've never expected promotion this season. It'll take time.

Yeah. I agree. The only thing is that these players have not had chance to gel and we have been dog **** for ages. It’s hard to say how much is down to the manager in some ways. On paper the line up looked good to me. I think our midfield is light going into it - Charles should be DM with Downes for me. But we are hindered by injuries. But I agree it’s truly awful so far. Naive. The full backs coming inside is genunely so ******ed. I agree with DTLW.. why can’t we just have a manager that uses common sense? SR keep appointing extremes. Pressing to Long ball to passing - it’s just crazy. Crazy management. Crazy ownership. **** show really
