I did listen to a recording from the guy, whatever his name is, responding to the Athletic article, admitting he did get sentenced to prison for 2 years. It was quite a heart felt admission that he had made a mistake which he was ashamed of, but since then has been trying to rebuild his life back. Quite what will come of this case with Swann, which has been set for early 2024 it is hard to say, neither side seems to be what I would call whiter than white, but I guess TWT. P.S. He is looking to sue The Athletic.
