Can't remember any witness statement saying Neely raped any kid at Rangers. Can remember a report in the papers where Neely was brought to the attention of Rangers management for inappropriate language towards a kid. The kids father was a serving policeman and Neely was sacked on the spot.

There is no doubt Neely was a dirty nonce and abused kids at every club he worked at including Rangers and he is hopefully burning in the fires of hell.
