Diego Forlan, Javier Hernandez, Justin Kluivert, Marco Alonso and Vladimir Weiss are all Third Generation footballers...who people have heard of

Not sure marrying the daughter of a footballer really counts, for me.
I think that the Hernandez trio are the only ones there that all scored international goals, too.
Really does appear to be a massive rarity.

Danjuma just showed that he's still Spurs.
Free-kick on the edge of the box straight into the wall! <laugh>

Edit: And now he's scored a tap-in, though it's quite a nice goal:

Sheffield Utd getting battered in this half, after leading at the break.

Speaking of Everton, good to see Dele named in their squad. Hope he has a good season.

I always find it says a hell of a lot that Jordi Cruyff never wanted his surname on the back of his shirts as that name put so much pressure on him, hence his shirts already read Jordi...until he signed for Man Utd, and then it had Cruyff emblazoned on it

The best bit of that goal was Harry Redknapp giving Sandro a bollocking for crossing the halfway line
Sandro was not one of our greats but he got what the fans wanted ,he was Spurs through and Through

A reminder of what could have been for years if
the gods had been kinder to the legs of Sandro + Dembele ... :(

I said it in the post-match thread, after taking a few days to calm down.
Utterly disgusting. I was appalled by our own fans. Disgraceful stuff.

Remind us, Henry, who was supposed to be leading by example on the pitch in those games...?

These interviews with Kane at the moment are not endearing me to him , as lots have said, when did they show up in the big games , never thought it would be so easy to move on from him

    He's acting like a dickhead.
Bayern are expected to win? They've got no competition. Of course they are.
You also lost your first game, which you appear to have forgotten about.

Thinking about this today, I can't recall Kane getting emotional on the pitch often when we were getting turned over,I remember watching him at the end of last season when we were regularly getting turned over and looking at Kanes reaction, it was not of a leader, always thought he should be our captain but on second thoughts I'm not so sure now , I will watch today's Eng game with interest
