    Just on Stewart - you can't really pass or fail a medical. You do a medical and a report is produced. Its not a simple pass or fail. Its about risk management. its why players can pass medicals when injured.

    I'd be happy with that I wouldn't be surprised if he was useful this season. Would have zero concerns about his professionalism.

    exactly yeh. report produced for the club doctor and the insurance underwriter who will assess whether any report findings are worth the risk. and then advice given which can be either disregarded or adhered to.

    southampton have probably today come back to us saying "Oh no he's got this problem, we will have to hold a few million back" or something like that. just calling our bluff and hoping we need the money to fund out incomings and say yes.
