Hopefully we get the lad in early enough to train a few days with the rest of the squad and we see him on Saturday

Mayenda plays wide too, or can at least. Think they will be our competition for those spots and Ba/ Bennette could get loans.

Depends on the opposition as being outnumbered in midfield can have the effect of us lacking service to the front two , I am sure we will analyse the opposition in advance before deciding how we are going to line up though like yourself I would prefer the two up front .

This lad may not be the greatest player, but he just gets us and the club.

    Great news

he's such a good speaker. Seems a shoe-in to join Sky's EFL coverage in 6 years or so.

And on the "not the greatest player' line. I think I'd describe it as "not the most naturally gifted player". But he's world class from an application, willingness to learn and hard work perspective. Which makes up for it and then some.

I genuinely think if we got into the Premier League he'd continue to deliver week in week out like he does now.

    Agreed, not my best wording.

He should be held up as a shining light of what can be achieved through hard work and dedication.

Kids coming through that maybe have doubts about their ability or lack the confidence need only look at what he has and continues to achieve

Absolutely. And likewise the kids coming through that DO have all the ability in the world should look at him and try to model what he does. Its that difference that will make them Premier League players.

Its why I love it so much when I hear Luke shouting "well done Riggy" etc. If Rigg is taken under his wing... wow.

Biggest thing he seems to understand is how lucky he is and how much fans would love to be in his position.

Because it’s a good hotel, the Garden Hilton is good but if you’re with your family you can’t get seats in the bar after a match.
We did stay at the Hilton part of last season.
Everything I do is based on a considered reason.
We spend a fortune at the SOL, do you?
