I don’t disagree with anything you’ve said here. But what I would say is most footballers don’t wipe their own arse without permission from their agents. So whilst we can debate how mature you should be at 19… the reality is the people they hire to make decisions for them are the ones pulling the strings. It’s just how it is. In the main, Pro footballers train, play Xbox/golf and chase skirt (not a bad life). That’s it. They do nothing for themselves.
