Gordon Hill was a prick as a player so I wouldn't place much store on his opinions, but the actual quoted bit could actually be him talking about the United players! The link to the penalty incidents isn't in quotes!
Gordon Hill played at a time when players got decent but not life changing money. Probably needs to stay on their good side to be on MUTV and to do match day stuff and stadium tours etc. May also be a fan. Both these things explain his insane take on hhe match
"Former Manchester United winger Gordon Hill has admonished the Tottenham Hotspur players for allegedly diving too much during the London side’s 2-0 win against Erik ten Hag’s men." ...
They are just not used to Oliver having a good game. Although we aren't either. The United tactic of harassing the referee was also stymied I hope to see that continue especially with Chelsea and United. I would also like to see City penalised for bringing down any player that has the temerity (good word) to try to pass them with the football at their feet. The FA tweaks the ref. instructions every season it's just possible they will occasionally hit on a decent solution.
It wasn't. Harassing him effectively? Maybe. I don't know if they showed it on Sky's coverage, but Fernandez just wouldn't shut the **** up. He definitely should've been sent off, if they were being consistent with the cards that weekend. He was already on a booking and decided to go off at Oliver in the middle of the park, at one point. The ref stopped, talked to him, clearly warned him about his future conduct, then walked away. Fernandez continued to berate him, Oliver visibly staggered his walk and it carried on anyway. He then went back and talked to their captain for bloody ages. Should've just carded him.

I haven't even seen that Porro challenge. I assume it's in the 2nd half, but that's it. Is Fernandes not wearing shinpads? The wound looks like it should be on the other side of his leg, too.
