Just saying Leeds Utd coming to PR again sounds fanciful. Our amazing run continues, 2-0 winners, Chappers & Morsy scores a belter from outside the box.
Last time we played against them was the last game of the relagation season. I seem to remember they were all over social media saying we should give them the whole ground as they were going to be promoted They seem to be in a bit of turmoil at the moment ,possibly got gnonto back in the squad. 2 nil home win .
I also have a memory of us playing them at the end of a Season they got relegated to Div 1 and their charming fans smashed PR up?
Yep I was there, some of their fans are absolute ****ers, fortunately the majority are pretty decent!!
I also remember, as a teenager, going to watch Ipswich v Leeds at Portman road, I was never allowed to go when Leeds were in Town but on this occasion their supporters were banned from away games. I will never forget being outside the ground and a bus pulled up, full of Leeds fans pounding on the windows, chanting Leeds Leeds Leeds!! Got inside the ground and they were everywhere, loads with faces covered up etc, pretty scary as a young lad!!
I'll maintain the record of predicting draws and seeing wins, 1-1. I do think this will be a tricky match, particularly if a couple of their key players have stopped throwing their toys out of the pram and are getting back on the pitch. We surely cannot maintain this 100% winning record?
Don't have a good feeling about this one, think we've been pretty lucky in two of our three league games, and think our luck will run out Saturday....1-3 defeat
The best possible time for us to play Leeds. Some bad eggs in their basket but they will get their act together sooner or later this season. 16-0 Town.
