He’s not a PL striker. But we’re not in the PL. If he goes to Everton, everyone loses - his bank account would benefit though.
I'm only ok with selling Che if we have a replacement lined up before he goes. And when I say replacement I mean Piroe.
Remember when we already had Rickie Lambert, with decent scoring second strikers for the time in Barnard and Connolly and still we bought the divisions other top goalscorer in Billy Sharp. Different times with very different prices, but if we want to get promoted at the first time of asking, get rid of Tall Paul, loan out Mara and buy Piroe. Che, Piroe and AArmstong is a strike force to get us promoted.
Anyone concerned with this "illness" that Flynn has? Seems to me like it's a case of hoping to stay at West ham.
From what I've seen I'd say Piroe is similar to Che, maybe a slightly better finisher. Holds the ball up well, good feet, perhaps a little less avgressive/combative than Che. He's not quick but has good moevemt and enough about him to create and score at this level without any worries whatsoever. He's younger than Che, would have a longer contract (so could argue better value if the prices are similar) and is maybe more of a sure thing to score goals at this level (personal opinion but I think Piroe would struggle to have an impact on the PL and that Che is a better PL striker)
Nope. Martin has literally said this morning "we need another midfielder as well as Flynn". Stop panicking!
I'm not panicking, Just seems strange that a player has a illness. One player i really wanted to sign for Saints.
It has been said in social media and from RM he has had a illness. That is whats delaying the medical.
Why is it strange? Illness is common amongst people. It's just unfortunate timing. You're adding 2+2 and making 5.
