You think there was more quality Saturday than Bielsa's first game. OK then. OK we have Sini, Summerville and Gnonto but they don't want to play for the club, so they don't count.
Summerville hasn’t actually said he doesn’t want to play btw. He’s apparently injured so let’s give him the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. It would be excellent, after being blindly accused of being a bad influence, if he stays and it’s shown he isn’t one of the rats. Quality player.
Don’t think so but he had one of those relegation clauses that enables him to go out on loan and that’s been activated.
He doesn't know. He just wants Kalvin Phillips to play a single pivot role and get Bielsa back. It's all he knows. Wait until he realises that Ampadu is playing pretty much as a single pivot with Archie given much more freedom to move forward. They don't play side by side and Farkes formation is very fluid changing formation fairly regularly.
Again, only rumoured but apparently Sinisterra is carrying a knock after the Shrewsbury game and there has been contact from a club about his loan clause. At that point he asked to be left out because he was carrying a knock and didn't want to ruin a loan move if it was available. Again, just a story doing the rounds.
Sini was carrying the knock before the cup game, yet he came on at the end as a sub towards the end of the match. So it wasn't THAT bad. So did he injure himself further by playing, or is the 'knock' imaginary? We simply don't know.
Yeah, we don't know. The story that won't go away is that his old club came in for a loan between the Shrewsbury and Birmingham game so he didn't want to be considered because of aforementioned niggle that might ruin the move. Then it appears that he can’t go on loan anyway as we've maxed out on loans so the only way anyone else leaves is for cold hard cash. ****ed if I know mate, just regurgitating things put online.
Wasn't it Aski that told us that the '7' was for international loans only, meaning we've still got one I-loan spot left. Otherwise we wouldn't have had a cheep out of him, as the only clubs that would want to buy him outright simply don't have the cash to do it. I hear the Hjelde is wanted in Italy. I'd rush-job that transfer to block the I-loan rathole, personally. Or if we want to keep Hjelde, offer someone we don't want to keep (not Costa - want £££ for him, even if it's only 30 bob & a half-eaten kebab ).
Good point Jocko ... here's the thing, bringing Sini on with 5 minutes to go made no sense and shows little respect to the player ... yes, Poveda was being protected, but you don't treat your star player this way ... give him at least 30 minutes or don't bench him at all
FIFA limit for international loans Season 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023: maximum of 8 players Season 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024: maximum of 7 players Season 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025: maximum of 6 players Players aged 21 and under, and club-trained players don't count towards the maximum limits If Hjelde went on loan to Italy he won't affect the limit In England it's 5 loans in for EFL and 4 loans in for Prem ... however, no limit on number of players you can loan out to English clubs This is how I understand it to be Hope this helps
Wouldn’t the club be in breach of his contract if they don’t / can’t loan him if we agreed that with him.
I dunno. Why are you asking me? I just saw something stating we are maxed out and deadlines had passed. I usually don't post too many obscure rumours but it seemed a quiet day.
