I was wondering where the hell this thread was. Ok first question: who are Bournemouth trying to sign Second question: can we hijack their transfer... At least long enough until the game is over.
last season Bournemouth got thumped here and won at home after bullying us. all a matter of attitude and coaching. what's their new man done and what attitude will they show. at least this is at home for us.
just to be clear this is 100% must win, irrespective of any other result or situation for us. why? cos any team now wanting top4 must at the very least best every side in the reputed bottom half at home. its the absolute most basic requirement on the assumption the other teams will do this.
There you go conflating two entirely different concepts again. I'm talking about going into a game with the determination to win it - nothing to do with entitlement at all.
Well if SOMEONE starts making points that were nothing to do with my original thought they SHOULD expect me to make a point back that's nothing to do with THEIR point. If we are serious about top 4 then winning all the home games against the bottom 10 clubs is an assumed requirement, its non negotiable as the other 7 odd clubs going for 4th or better will almost all do it. that was my point. nothing to do with games away, nothing to do with winning games against top half so beginning in winning every single game leaves you open to the thought of "that's a bit entitled isn't it?" To get to 75 odd points now this is a core 30 points. 10 homes games agasint the lower half. Then you have another 10 away games would should by rights try to win at least 8 of if you can. another 24 points minimum. then from the top half games (9x2) you need another 21 points of 7 wins. yes this makes football sound so simple but you start with covering what you absolutely have to if you've any serious intent.
Hope we win, will avoid the post match analysis. It's obvious that some on here should be employed as coaching staff.
Yep, match threads on here are a nightmare regardless of the result, but when we lose and/or play poorly, it's like suicidal watch!

Referee at Anfield will be Thomas Bramall, who has never been given the whistle for a Liverpool first-team game having been promoted to the Premier League last season. Anthony Taylor, who refereed the draw at Stamford Bridge last weekend, will be fourth official while Simon Bennett and Dan Robathan are assistant referees. Though Tierney’s involvement will not be viewed as an issue by Liverpool, it remains a point of contention among supporters given his history with the club
