If you dont make any transfers you can bank 1 for the next week (for a max of 2 free ones)

yup, that is the very last time to make changes for the game week. 2 things to note: Pros of waiting 1 - its wise to wait until then in case things like injuries arise for the player you want to buy/your existing team Cons of waiting 2. Your players can drop in valuations/players you want can increase in value (so then you can't make the transfer). No one really knows what the full algorhythm for rises are but in general if players get transferred out, they will drop in value and if players get transferred in, they will rise.
