Yes as it will stop Sergeant Ristac tracking your every move with his mod tools.
The one I use is Express VPN which is very good and easy to set up but it's one of the more expensive ones.

Nothing wrong with the useless mercenaries leaving. I had assumed foolishly the club would replace at least some of themSo players we all expected to leave are leaving.

To be honest we need a break from the PL so those that didn't like it can forget how awful it was.
