Think the only reason for Mowbrays decision is he thinks its the best way to win the game, it could be a masterstroke if we were to be leading 1-0 with an hour to go, bring Hemir on when Preston are pushing for an equaliser, if he was to score the winner could do his confidence the world of good.
One thing I've realised is I know jack **** when I comes to analysing our starting line up, there were a few times I looked last season and thought what a line up we are going to score a hat full just to put in one of the worst performances of the season, I prefer to wait 20 minutes in to the game before deciding

This. Mowbray has said Hemir is still coming up to speed and fitness level needed for the intensity expected of him. Coming on after 60 mins with fresh legs with only 40 mins to play gives him the best chance to make an impact.
