I don’t care if I’m a twisty sod and I get they want to save money closing ticket offices but it’s just ****e if you ask me. The amount of money in football now is it really that cost effective for such a fart on. People whose phones are a bit older and go out for a drink before the match are going to have issues with phone battery, away days are going to be a nightmare when they go digital. Everyone’s going to be travelling on busses with battery packs ffs - and that’s when the ticketing system is working fine.
