Which makes it even stranger, right? From what we've seen both Tufan and Traore are both capable of playing that role. Presumably Twine won't be coming to warm the bench, so are we back to square pegs in round holes?
I don't know enough about him to be getting as excited as some on here, guess TWT. Didn't Magennis get 18 goals in League 1? (similar stats)
Wasn't Magennis a striker playing for the side that came first? Twine is a young midfielder. Slightly different roles.
I would love it (Kevin Keegan style) if we won a couple of games on the bounce. Some people have really nailed their colours to the ‘Rosenior is a failure camp’. A 4-0 home win tomorrow would be a good start
Being critical of recent performances doesn't equate to a hatred of the manager, nor a desire for the team to lose. At least not for me. In fact I'd suggest it's quite the opposite, many of the frustrations vented on here come from a desire to see their team do well.
Is he one of the two we are definitely supposed to be bringing in that play in the final third? Anyone got any ideas who the other one is? The Winger from Palace? I wouldn't be surprised to see Tufan go before the transfer window. There are clearly doubts about Traore's ability to play 40 games or so this season.
Sounds to me like I am more than happy to eat humble pie and say I was wrong if City turn it round. The bloke himself is spot on just the blagging and management style I have issue with. Humility is never something to shy away from.
Though he's mainly played as a No.10, he's also regularly played left wing and even as a striker, so he gives us lots of options.
