The country is going to absolute ****, starting with the Bank of England's one trick pony interest rate bollocks that doesn't ****ing work. Transport is unfeasibly terrible, we "welcome" 850k immigrants in a single year, HS2 is an even bigger clusterfuck than Smart Motorways (although they're all about the same cost/waste of money), Brexit remains the biggest disaster since WW2 - and none of it is being changed. The NHS can't even retain staff, let alone find more, all of the hospital plans were shelved, and all Rishi wants to do is make eye contact with a camera and say more words about things that have no real meaning. Councils, having been free reign to spend, have gone into insolvency through risky investments, money has been lost hand over fist. The education system is in disarray, this "number" system was sucn an incredible waste of time and money, which nobody seemed to want to happen anyway. The UK is an abysmal place and getting worse. Elitist, uncaring, disinterested, unyielding, unfocused. Everything is designed to the benefit of the rich and the rest of us just don't matter. As was said, when Covid hit how come the workers who were the most "important", those who were crucial in the functioning of society, ALL earned under £100k a year? No exception.
Raise interest rates. Who’s affected? Lower to Middle England, every ****er with a mortgage or paying rent. Who’s untouched? The rich. As usual. When are we all going to wake the **** up?

There are a load of lefties and liberals here who can't see past their hatred for 'all tories' it seems. I see it on Twitter all the time. Pure.. unadulterated hate it comes across as. All have one thing in common... lack of vision for the big picture (i.e. zero appreciation for how the ROTW is faring as a benchmark as it doesn't fit their agenda). To be fair I have never seen anyone buying a pint of ruddles in a spoons, does that only happen in Consett?
