One or two negatives today but also signs that we have what it takes to win plenty of games in this League. If we weren't so short on confidence we'd have blown Cardiff away second half.

The team showed more fight in 45 minutes than last seasons squad in an entire season. With a huge injury list and Farke looking to bring in new players I thought he had us playing some excellent football. We’ll win far more games than we’ll lose playing like that, we can see why Defenders are top of Farkes list, Wober changing his mind at the last minute definitely would have disrupted preparations. Things are only going to get better, we’ll probably see a couple leave but with incomings and the injured returning it’s taking shape
Ffs sake Jammy they had two breakaway attacks and we went 2 down. How shyt does your defence have to be before you admit we have a problem. Going forward we look awesome at times, but Summerville looks for tv cameras so he can go do one, Dan James is just as shyt as he was 2 seasons ago and thats dissapointed me, Sinisterra is frighteningly good but needs support so James and Summerville can fook off. Gnonto in patches was great but should have put us 2-0 up and the game would have been different… Sorry to say but Poveda and Joffy should have been brought on at half time. We have some real attacking talent but we didnt use it today. Bamford is finished and sorry that Rutter hasn’t been fit, but when fans rely on a 19yo academy player in Joseph, you need to stop thinking about Europe
Yep Meslier should be nowhere near this team, Cooper and Ayling need to be gone….. but sorry Emu Bamford is shyte and will carry on being shyte but agree otherwise
Of course we have defensive problems Doc. Two seasons of getting your arses kicked takes more than one game to get out of the system but on the whole the signs were positive. However with the caveat that there's still much work to be done both on and off the pitch.
So Summerville gets an assist and a goal and you want him gone? You’re seriously losing the plot Doc.
I'm just illustrating that despite people saying we don't have any depth that is an entirely different starting XI that would hold their own at this level. The glaring weak points are left back, centre back and midfield. Obviously need a goalscorer too.
Sorry but Gelhardt looked way off the pace he offered little. I don't think he has impresed Farke in his style of play.
