Definitely not, our defence has looked questionable all preseason whichever combination has played. I’m just not making O’Nien the scapegoat for today, it’s obvious his distribution and the way he progresses play is ahead of Bathh and particularly at home where we play on the front foot I can see the thinking. Bellingham miss and Roberts and Clarke not producing just as big factors.

It's very harsh. To blame o9 for first goal is just daft. We created absolutely **** all but nobody questions the forward players. Yet again we've got absolutely nothing in final third.

****ing hell lads stop being fannys. Every time a player gets criticised for a performance it doesn’t mean they’re scapegoats.

People are allowed to give negative opinions on players as well as positive.

Didn't deserve to be 1-0 down and over the moon with the lads commitment today.

We will be up there with a few extra additions in attack.

Thats what I was meaning. Hemir struggled but both Clarke and Roberts were really poor, Bellingham showed glimpses but he’s only a kid.

100%, we moved the ball so slow in the final 3rd n therefore so predictable thats why we need 2 more xfactor players in the forward areas

I think we’ll likely see a surge in activity off the back of that.

I don't think we showed anything in the final third until Pritchard came on

Thought L09 had a good game. His passing was excellent. His pace allowed us to play a higher defensive line as we chased the game.

Don’t think you can blame him at all for the first goal. The second goal he could have done better, but great movement/pass/finish. I wouldn’t assume Batth deals with that as a lack of pace in behind is one of his weaknesses.

I get that our fans want individuals to blame, but don’t think it’s necessary. It was a close game of football. We didn’t play well as a collective in the 2nd half until we went down to 10 men. If we can bring in one or two forward players with quality, and a defensively minded midfielder, we will be in an excellent position.

Our club management want to get promoted in 2-3 years. Ppl can moan all they like but unless you have 10 million to give to the club to be spent on ready made proven quality players, this is our strategy and we are gonna stick to it. L09 deserves the shirt, although I expect Ballard, Seelt, Triantis, L09 to be our best CBs come the end of the season (in that order).

He wasn't 2-3 feet away for the first goal, he was touch tight, it was a fluke goal that just hit broadhead. The 2nd goal he Def gave him too much space

Yes of course end of the window.... agreed

But its obvious with Amad missing, goals and the triangle with Roberts and Hume is lacking.

Its been months now, plenty of time to sort the Striker problem out. Ie line up replacements or get the LND stalement resolved.

Yeah the 2nd goal, he looked like he was caught in 2 minds and left him with too much space.

Not panicking. We were the better team today, but caught lacking very much in the final third. Need reinforcements, I’m sure they will come. But they can’t wait too long, every game crucial in this division.
