Just received a 2nd Season Card this morning. Now even I'M confused! Does this replace the one they emailed me on Monday??

 

I got one also TC, but the download link doesn't work so I guess it's a clumsy reminder of how to use the digital ticket today.

Just tried the link again and it does work, I'm having a mare here

 

Works on my phone. Going to stick with original card, the download the new one if it doesn't work. Getting there dead early so I won't be the whopper holding up the queue

 

If you turn up at four and there are problems, that's the club's fault.

If you turn up at ten to five and there are problems, that's your fault. Get your last pint in the ground, with the additional bonus that you're helping people who can't get there til ten to for legitimate reasons.

I'm going to try the digital ticket but take the plastic one as a back up, hopefully digital works OK and I can leave the plastic one at home

How did everyone get on? Massive queues at the East Stand by 4.15pm, but moved quickly enough. Flashed my Apple Watch at the reader and got in no bother. Mate at the match had to wave his phone a the reader a couple of times before it acknowledged him. Any other stories?

My nfc and qr code didn't work. I went to the tent at back of se corner and the bloke manually scanned my qr code and told me to go in the turnstile that was on my season card. Nfc didn't work but the qr code did eventually.

Hope I don't have to mess on to get in every game.

My mates got in ok at the turnstile that wouldn't work for me.

 

Not too many horror stories, but frustrating all the same. Hope this isn't going to be all season long for people....

 

All worked fine for us, bairn used physical card, i used digital and my dad used digital. One thing I was curious about is; did everyone go in their proper allocated turnstile as per the ticket?

The old cards used to let you in any but i was wondering if any of the bother people may have had was due to going in a different turnstile.
