    Really interesting, the interviewer asked some really good questions. He made a good point about how Buck can emphasise to players the finite nature of a footballers career.

    Good post! As Scott said, nice to hear an interviewer actually ask some interesting questions (although there's an audible intake of breath when he gets asked would he manage the Republic of Ireland one day and points out that he's actually from Northern Ireland). To be fair to the interviewer he does remind BR that his son plays for the Republic.

    I remember Phil Brown being hailed as the next big thing a couple of years ago but I get the feeling there's a lot more substance to Brendan. Fergie may be going on for another 3-4 years by which time BR could be the main man in town (a long long way off, but you never know).
