    @JamesCopley_
    Isaac Lihadji left out because there’s some discussions about his future, Tony Mowbray confirms.
    No injury issue with Luke O’Nien. Given permission to miss the game tonight.

    Is it just me that doesn't get the references to Ba as a winger. I don't recall him ever playing anywhere but central?

    He plays wider for France quite a bit, he got himself into some really good positions tonight but his finishing was poor

    He needs to improve his tackling n positional play to play centrally

    i never watched that one ;)

    aye it happens, i was more disappointed by the lads having no real 'get up and go' as usually they never let themselves down...plenty of mistakes out of the way afore the season starts though and even with our injury record i doubt we will need to have so many 'squad' players on the pitch.

    Couldn't give a sh-ite about a friendly defeat...in the same way that I didn't care about the previous games

    Work to do? You know it was a pre season friendly and most of them won’t be anywhere near the pitch on Sunday?

    Ive just got home. My opinion for what its worth drink related..

    Pritch- we need to try keep him at all costs. Why give another team a player of his talent to use against us, he would grace alot of Prem teams.

    Triantis- not at the races, hes a young kid but looks miles away right now from the level needed. Very very raw.

    Batth- had an absolute stinker, has his head been turned?

    Ba - bang average, very disappointing from a personal perspective because i was looking forward to see him close in a small stadium. I now know hes not our answer for attacking mid.

    Huggins - was he actually playing?

    Rigg- hes a kid ill leave him alone.

    Bennnete- fish out of water, needs a loan to league 1.

    Johnson - now for some positivity. What a player and whay an absolute man mountain he is. Looks an unbelievable prospect and id easily have him over Triantis right now for the first team. You dont realise until seeing players in the flesh what they are all about physically. Hes a unit.

    Ballard was actually smaller than i expected physically. Me and my nephew were practically sat on their lap, i couldn't believe they were sat amongst Hartlepool fans.
