Being a friendly it was thoroughly entertaining tbh. Well worth the price of my IPTV and the 1am kick off time.

I wondered if the rule about the benches is already in Serie A, because I saw a number of games where multiple bench cards were shown, tbph it was like confetti at times. It could start to get messy, with managers like Arteta spending a lot of time in the stands.
They won't enforce it, or they will pick and choose when they do. Like that rule of going off the nearest side of pitch when subbed, hardly ever happened.
because it's a ridiculous idea. It just means players end up walking a gauntlet of abuse at away grounds, for very little benefit.
