massive, massive stuff up in there and yeah, on the surface he seemed to be doing a good job but that ‘unthinkable’ relegation really left them in struggle street. If they managed to get sinisterra and Gnonto on decent contracts they may be ok this season but if they go that squad looks pretty average.
That’s what made me smile at the end of the season when off the three relegated clubs the so called experts all had us down as the club least likely to get promoted. Both Leicester and Leeds had serious financial issues that will no doubt play out as the season plays out
He’s injured atm I think, at least that’s what my Leeds mates are clinging on to hoping nobody comes in for him. I haven’t seen much of him but they all rate him very highly
Yeah he's popular. Think the other one they don't want to lose is Harrison. They still have a decent team. Whether they have a decent squad is debatable.
Can’t say I look at social media etc but I know about 6 Leeds fans and every single one of them absolutely hates Harrison and Bamford. Tbf they hate their entire team apart from Adams and Gnonto
The more I’ve read about Awe the more I like the sound of him. Though tbf seeing as the other defender linked is Mason Holgate I think anyone would be more appealing. Would 100% prefer to keep Lyanco than sign Holgate, terrible player
Aren’t a lot of people also talking about Edwards from Peterborough? Don’t know much about him but maybe our plan is for the four options to be him, Awe, Bednarek and Stephens Wasn’t the Peterborough chairman or chief exec on TalkSport the other day talking about Ankersen in the transfer market. How would he know / have any unique insight ?
He said they had spoken recently too about a player Peterborough wanted to sign, but they went elsewhere. Pretty sure that means it was Dan Nlundulu.
