Probably be the same ones bemoaning a lack of pace or skill in the side come August .

Maybe wasn’t at his best last season in a poor struggling side but still got goals and assists .

Also will we actually invest the money into the team as hoped?

I suspect we already have - loan fees for the Georgia midfielder and one of the two strikers we've been linked with.

Chakvetadze (Loan with option to buy)

    Kabasele gone to Udinese .

Never really seemed to be popular with fans - too error prone and injured a lot.

I wonder who wrote it for him?

One thing's for sure - he never used to read comments on fan sites.

    Fair point!

As he didn't speak the lingo...

Ashley Fletcher gone out on loan again - a totally pointless signing.

I mean who knows if he'd played last season might have been useful?

    Flecher (Wednesday - Loan)

The clear out continues! A few more first teamers in, youthful talent hopefully, and we are where we started with the Pozzos. Back to mid-table Championship again! Talk about a re-set!

Yes time to get players in.

Only so many you can let go without replacements.

Even seen some say are we getting rid of too many without having got suitable cover in?

I mean we have one left back and 4 central defenders left !

Yes, of course it's about what happens on the pitch, but Watford will always be about more than that to me. Christian Kabasele got that and he embraced it much more than most. Good luck to him and his family for the future. Anthony Matthews

    I agree.

A reset is exactly what we need (we have discussed and agreed this for the past two season)

We cannot go forward until we have unloaded ALL the deadwood and replaced them with young ambitious players who WANT to play for us

It will probably take at least two seasons to get back to where we were in our third season under the Pozzos, we need two, there maybe four players with potential to play in the Prem and then follow the model operated by Brighton and Brentford to be competitive AND sustainable

Certainly a big loss on what we paid which was to be expected but better than nothing.

We will see how much gets reinvested in the squad .

I mean if we just end up with more random players picked from Udinese or via Bayat might be a waste of time .

Doesn't matter how many goals we concede as long as we score more :emoticon-0100-smile
