after the racism charge do you think Terry will/should get booed? it will be interesting to see what reception from the Wembley crowd he gets!!! ( I would boo !)
I'm sure he will get booed. I wouldn't if I was there as I couldn't boo the captain of my country, especially when he hasn't been found guilty of anything yet! Having said that, he probably shouldn't have been picked again till the issue is resolved.
If you going there to boo your national team you be better off staying home. I hate racism, but it ain't proved against Terry yet. When it is he shouldn't be allowed into a football stadium at all. Ah.... Ok better boo him now then!!
I would start up a chant of 'You know what you said, you know what you said. John Terry, you know what you said.
Tributes have been pouring in for boxing hero Joe Frazier. John Terry said, "The black c**t was a legend." every England fan should be booing him tonight
I know that the racism charge hasnt been proved but as the FA have a huge anti-racism policy why on earth have they picked him? hes way way past his best!
Only two players have contributed nothing to England's performance, and both play for Chelsea. Terry's done nothing, and Sturridge's only contribution so far is to showboat and then fall over. They should look at Walker and learn.
Thought Zamora looked very average tbh. Thought Terry was ok. Wasn't up against much though!! Sturridge isn't ready.
there wasnt a reaction to hardly anything! maybe because it was the smallest crowd for years..Terrys performance was average at best, and took up a very deep position well behind the other England defenders..his lack of mobility is there for all to see.Lets hope(no chance) that he will be left behind,as I dread to think what will happen if he comes up against pace in the euros!
The crowd was still nearly 50,000!! Not bad in these hard times following the sell-out a few days ago! Probably should have played it at a Premier League ground, where that size of crowd would have sounded really good! I couldn't hear any booing for Terry and I thought he played ok. I'm hoping he loses his place by the finals purely because he's not anywhere near as good as he was. On England...I think the future looks pretty good with some good young players coming through!
Aside from the thread theme, does anyone else think that the atmosphere at Wembley is absolutely awful? Sounds like a bunch of people waiting to get the ferry or something. Watching England is becoming very dull
