Cox has plenty of pace also, if he was brought in as our 1st choice LB I would have been more than happy. If we had just signed Jarvis for 3m from Turkey we would probably be buzzing so that feels like a big plus also.
Ever since he came on for a 10 minute home cameo I thought Alan (Jarvis) was a touch of class and a better prospect than Ebouwi!
Apart from a flaky few minutes at the start I thought that was a good half, more like a proper game. City looking comfortable across the pitch, especially Simons, Smith and Jarvis which bodes well for the future. Cox looks born to the role.
Thought Oscar looked excellent... Tetteh, not there yet... I think Longmans confidence is shot to pieces personally... Re Jarvis, has done ok, but he has to work harder off the ball IMO. He'll learn, we hope...
Oscar's playing a little deeper and it's really suiting him and he's getting involved far more. Cox looks great considering he's a bit heavy. Jarvis has taken a few games in pre season but he's starting to come out of his shell. That Barry Cotter who he's up against is ****e though. Hopefully they bring someone a bit better on at half time to see how he stands up
Anyone watching on Tigers TV think there's an improvement in the cameras being used/variety of angles? Might just be me but I think it looks more polished than in previous years
Woods has been decent again, I like seri a lot but at the minute woods would start over seri. Not together though
That's a bit disingenuous towards some of the other members of the Botanic group, the 2 Chuckle brothers who were part of that group who Steverico and TwoWrights both know have just as long a City history as anyone else. As for Mrs Botanic telling and not letting other City fans join with certain other activities on the trip, what an absolutly disgusting thing to do, who the hell gave her the power ? Any City fan that went to Turkey, short or long in service should of being shown the same respect and gratitude for turning up regardless of what pub they happen to drink in.
