You can just see the Sun back page puns on his name... Timber branches out into PL (when they announce him signing) Tiiiimmmbeeerrr (whenever he makes a tackle on the ground) Arsenal's defence splintered (whenever we concede a goal) and so on.... Hopefully bots will take over at The Sun, develop a consciousness, realise its a moral vacuum and a cesspit of opportunist hypocrites who exploit the vulnerable and protect the wealthy, and then destroy it from within.
^^^^^^^^^^ Not sure you have to make excuses for Sun readers. They aren't vulnerable, they're just ****ing stupid. It's their own fault.
How old is your daughter mate? Tell me out of interest what you would do if a sad 61 year old man started paying her to send him pics? Whether we agree with the Sun or not, and the BBC themselves were investigating, but I think the moral compass seems to have got lost here, especially after the BBC gave us Jimmy Saville, Rolf Harris and Stuart Hall. 17, 18, 19 maybe even 20 year olds....61 ffs! The man that is paid to be a face of the BBC. Still I suppose if they check themselves into a hospital it makes it all ok. So shove your sacasm up your fooking arse.
Erm...okay lol I was talking about The Sun in general, they use people's misery to exploit a story for themselves to sell a rag. As for Huw Edwards, he can go and **** himself the dirty old creep.
No you wasn't you lieing fooking shhite, you're doing what you always do. Yes and he can go and fook himself, because as you have said, he's dirty old creep, and if he is paying the kid for pics, IF, then it's tantamount to grooming, but legal lol.
I think there needs to be some actual proof on Huw Edwards before we decide he's guilty. His wife has stated he's the accused. Not that he's bang to rights. Unless I've missed this admission? The girl herself has said it's not true, hasn't she? Just to point out Cliff Richard was not guilty, however weird he appears to be, and it ruined his life.
I wasn't even thinking about Huw Edwards lol Just making some general comments about the Sun But I agree, unless it's proven that he's done something wrong then folk need to hold off I haven't been following any of it tbh. It doesn't interest me.
The BBC have already verified they have seen the unwanted texts and have confirmed that they came from the producers phone number. We just don't know the context of these texts, because it wasn't revealed. BBC Newsnight were already carrying out an undercover investigation against the producer after complaint(s), before The Sun got pulled into the story.
Ok, but that doesn't mean he paid her for 'explicit' photos, as The Sun claim. And those photos of him that came out are so obviously photshopped it's laughable.
I've never made a claim he has nor have I ever said he has commited a criminal offence, it just comes across all a bit too grubby for me, but he's in hospital now, so we'll have to wait for answers. Personally if it had been me, I'd have been upfront and denying it, I'm not really seeing the difficulty in do that if it's all so completely innocent. I'm sure you would call stuff out too in a point blank way. He's a highly paid presenter use to dealing with pressured situations as a journalist, so it all stinks to me. https://deadline.com/2023/07/huw-edwards-bbc-news-investigation-1235436791/
I think I just get pissed off with it, because it feels like people are making excuses for him, and this is what offenders rely on, and why it is so difficult for victims to come forward. Again, I'm not saying any criminality has taken place.
Yeah, I get that. But he's also a bloke under mad media scrutiny caused by a bunch of hypocritical scum ****s in The Sun, who has realised he's ****ed up massively. Seems to me that mental health issues are only defended when it suits people. He could have had an actual breakdown mentally. Can I just make clear, that's not aimed at you specifically, it's just that we happen to be talking about his right now.
He's had well documented mental health issues for years. It's not something he's invented because of his **** up tbf.
