I never even thought about that, we're expecting our first next month, quite glad we found out she's a girl! No Sports Direct for you miss.

Sadly I really liked the relegation kit and still get some wear out of it, tend not to wear it to games though as its got Owen on the back. I don't dislike him as much as most, but don't want to get lynched...

 

My brother and his missus don't want to know the sex but apparently its got a proper right foot and practices keepy ups morning noon and night!

 

We thought that too! Don't be placing bets on a (male) England cap just yet!

 

MiniOT had a hell of a kick when in the womb. It freaked the hell out of me getting kicked in the back in the middle of the night but I was convinced it was a boy.

Had the 3D scan a few months later (really cool by the way and I recommend getting it done) and they informed us miniOT was a girl.

She's been kicking a football since she could walk.

 

Great times Colly, enjoy. You will of course be a walking zombie for a while! Mine is three now and she is running rings round me. On the plus side she loves her sport and is happy to watch football. Racing, cricket and boxing are proving a stretch though! Some bad news though, if they see you wearing a Newcastle top, they will want one, so you may be purchasing a SD one yet.

 

Yeah i'd still buy a shirt with SD on it. I support the club not the sponsor. I've never worried about or felt the need to sanction the shirt sponsor before and i'm not going to start now.

Saying that the logo is of the sort that probably wouldn't look that good on a shirt and I also don't like the current first team kit but that is neither here nor there. It wouldn't stop me from purchasing.

 

I'm not sure whether he'll be getting the 3d scan. He emailed me over the 20 week scans which was pretty strange, until then I'd only seen it as a little bean.

Most likely not, I buy only the kits I like at a price I'm willing to pay. Would be very hard to make a shirt look good with SD on it, plus the kit quality will probably be **** again, and no embroidered badge.

 

It wouldn't look so bad if it was white text on a black background, it's just the red and blue text on white which is so nauseating.

 

i think our current sponsor has more to answer for than SD but that doesn't seem to bother people
