Got to remember though that the Netherlands is strange. They even celebrate a boy putting his finger in a dyke when all the world knows that will get you nowhere

In a world where everybody seems to concentrate on negative things its nice to see something or someone doing good things that make you smile and appreciate that there are good people in the world

Our renewal quote from Hastings Direct was double last years - rang them to enquire what exactly had changed and a few minutes later was given a quote which was LESS than the previous years!

They are the motions I go through every year. As soon as you ring up, they give you a huge reduction. They just hope everyone's too busy to bother questioning

It's absolutely disgusting. Nationalise it and never let it back into the hand of profiteers again.

What is it with cannabis these days? Seem to smell it at least half a dozen times a day lately (and it's not coming from me)

Is it cheaper now or just more readily available? Seems to smell different from stuff I toyed with in my youth.

I've only ever smelled it once, and that was unavoidable. It's the sort of thing that some would do in late childhood 'just to see' I think, but sensible adults almost certainly wouldn't :emoticon-0145-shake
Could you trust someone that deliberately messes with their brain like this :emoticon-0112-wonde
I get the impression that it's readily available these days, and accessible financially, where it wouldn't have been decades ago . . . . most things seem to be more readily available now.

Smelled it in Sainsbury's the other day, left there and as I was going back into the office a lad walked past who hummed of it.
I'm not too hung up on recreational use of the regular gear, it's no longer my relaxation of choice but each to their own. The stronger gear like skunk I'm told is far more concerning.

Started doing another model last Saturday, a Ford Model T Roadster. Spent about 6 hours in total on it, then hoyed it in the bin last night....first time ive ever done that.
Worst one I've ever tried to do....really bad quality.

    Ready for the scrap heap.

Not one to cast aspersions Snaggey, but could the reason you struggled have anything to do with the empty guinness cans in the bin <cheers>

There does look a lot, but there's a bean tin in there filling the bin up.

With the ones I’ve seen you make before I thought you could make a better one out of the Guinness cans <laugh>
