Interesting to see that cricket shirts are now following the same course as football shirts and being sold for stupid money. The England T20 kit was extortionate and even the Hampshire gear it getting more expensive in comparison with what it used to me. Ofcourse, assuming you are not a more portly gentleman, you can still buy the top of flocal football teams for a sensible price. Is there a consensus as to at what point wearing a football shirt is wrong?
I never wear a football shirt out, unless I am going to football. Being a full time WFH person I do wear my Napoli and Italy shirts around the house in the daytime though. Luckily, I am no longer portly lol since my 30 lbs weight loss over the last 11 months by eating sensibly and exercising hard for an hour a day
I'm even worse, I've got about four or five Saints shirts, one was bought for me as a leaving present when I left a company I worked at, but I've never worn them, apart from at the gym once or twice. I've got about 15 or so ice hockey team shirts, some given to me by the clubs as they were my designs, but for someone who has more than a passing interest in the design and style of sports teams shirts I don't wear them. That must be somewhere on the scale of mental?
I have well over 100 football shirts, vast majority I’ve never worn. I buy all 3 Saints shirts every year, usually at this time when you can get all 3 for the price of buying the next seasons shirt. **** knows how many Saints shirts I’ve accumulated doing this Yes I think I have a problem. My mrs decided to clear out the chest of drawers with them all in to make some space for some useless **** she wanted so now they are in boxes under the bed. I’m sure I will add to the collection soon enough and unpack them all again
I'm seriously tempted to shell out 25 notes for this classic with one of my favourite players (Rui Costa) on it... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/37475049...5338365712&toolid=20006&customid=EB134396320&
I would say that is impressive and definitely dedicated. Must be some there you never want to see again anyway. The first one I ever got was the striped Admiral shirt that Saints wore the season they won the FA Cup. I used to wear it in PE at school when we played football and we had a ratty village team that only played friendlies on Sunday morning (because we all went to the Dell on Saturdays) and the kit was red and white stripes so I wore it then (before I became a goalie).
I've never bought a football shirt in my life but I do have a Lyons Tea Shop apron which I wear when I make a cup of tea for the lovely Mrs Godders. At one time I had a Ford Motor Company boiler suit I used to wear when cleaning the lovely Mrs Godders car. Normally I would not be seen dead in corporate clothing let alone pay good money for the ****ing privilege.
So my Ali Express Seller has got back to me - I have ordered from him 2 shirts (me & dad), He is sending me these (both) for £25 delivered. I'll let you know in a week if they are any cop and then share his details to anyone interested?
Very good - Would be pretty LOL if all the signings from Swansea were holding up the White shirt when/If they signed.
