Trainer doesn't have any previous and either does the owner I don't think, at least that I can find. The reaction of the trainer immediately rules him out of the equation for me, he has no interest in making money via this method or else he'd not get the horses away from his care immediately as he would know after a short ban they could recoup 10 fold.
