So you've bypassed the opportunity to watch us playing in a decent game of Football for the sake of 9.53 Dollars....How many cold ones can you knock the froth off for that?
I once saw Paul Hunter score the winner for us against Stoke at Fer Ark. They were all over us, missed an open goal, and then we scored with our only real chance of the game about 5 minutes from the end.
Is this Twine? Acun likes to talk up players doesnt he.. "one of Englands most important talents." Hopefully he can do a job for us. We were trying to bring him in last year as KLP's replacement..
Paying £5 to watch a live stream from Turkey or buying a ticket for a friendly game doesnt make anyone a 'superfan'. It just means they are a supporter of the club. I also, like everyone have bills to pay, that's got nothing to do with it. But supporters expecting everything for nothing, should really look up the meaning of the word.
Yeh - opening game of the season v the promo faves. Hunter's goal v BHA was pretty smart too - clean through just inside their half. Worst striker (maybe even player) I've ever seen play for us was Andy Brown.
Shelbourne FC is delighted to announce the permanent signing of Harry Fisk from Hull City, subject to international clearance. Fisk joins Hull City teammate Harry Wood in moving to Tolka Park today. At just 20 years of age, the highly promising young goalkeeper brings a wealth of talent and potential to the first team club, further bolstering our goalkeeping department following the departure of Scott van-der-Sluis. Born and raised in Cottingham, Fisk’s football journey began at Hull City’s academy, where he joined at Under-14s level. He swiftly progressed through the ranks, culminating in the signing of his first professional contract with the English club in May 2021. Throughout his early career, Fisk gained invaluable experience through loan spells at Spalding United and Tadcaster Albion during the 2021/22 season. The Englishman returned to Tadcaster Albion on loan last season making six appearances. Fisk has honed his skill and trained under respected goalkeeping mentors including former Wimbledon and Tottenham goalkeeper Neil Sullivan provided invaluable guidance during his time at Hull City.
I've only seen a small amount of it but pretty sure Wood will. The league doesn't have the physicality of L2 and they do try and get it down. Regardless of the norm, L2 isn't great preparation for playing in the Championship.
Didn't McPhee try to chip the Cardiff keeper from the spot (4-1 win, probably PBs first game in charge after Parkinson's sacking) and made a God awful mess of it. It was *Lineker-esque in its execution. i saw Duffy get a brace at Stoke, unplayable that day...ps they missed two pens!! *England vs Brazil.
Does Shelbourne have a messageboard like this instead of frigging facebook? Been trying to find one but no luck.
