Hot off the Press: 'Allam's bring Duffen & Brown back to HCAFC. Bullard also set to return as club captain.' Sub-Headline: Hull student in Leeds self-combusts with joy.
The Allams aren't stupid enough to think the fans would accept Duffen coming back to the club. Or are they?
Anybody can see that the financial problems were the faults of Bartlett for taking money out, and Adam Pearson for getting us relegated. As with many other things Hull City related, I doubt the majority of City fans share the views of the majority of this board.
Duffen allowed Brown to destroy the wage structure, bring in players on over inflated wages and then he had the cheek to try and steal money from the club after he left. Adam made a bad decision by putting Browny on gardening leave, but look at all the other great things the man has done for the club and you'll realize he's been a great a great servant to the club.
Duffen allowed Brown to destroy the wage structure to keep us up, and had it not been for Pearson we would have done. Let's not forget though that Bartlett ultimately had the final say. Adam Pearson was great. The first time he was here. However, if you look at his record the second time here you'll see he's been ****.
no i bet its far worse. the mess dufferman created and left is beyond contempt. duffer will not be back as there are so many wanting to have a pop at the southern w***er.
adam p did not sack brown. just had the job of delivery the bad news. bartlett and board panicked and thoughtn that they could get in mark hughes as manager. i rest my case. dotn blame adam pearson blame the southern mafia. hughes said No and they were left with Dowie. dohrrrrrrr
Can you explain what figures you have that lead you to believe that the majority of City fans disagree with the views of the majority on this board?
The attendance figures suggest most fans weren't as enamoured with NP as most on here. As for Duffen, I'm just talking out my arse.
Could Hull have offered Duffer £2k a week?
So you're giving him no credit whatsoever for appointing Pearson and co, helping stabilize us financially off the pitch and helping the club get back on track after fears of administration?
Do you think it's possible that attendance figures might also decrease for other reasons (people having less money for one of many examples)? It is also not very scientific if you're criticising Pearson's tactics because he was also manager last season when the performances / results were significantly worse and the attendances were higher. All in all I know you like to argue a point to exhaustion, but wouldn't it be more honest if you just admitted that that was a bull5hit statement?
If you hadn't noticed already Percy's a cretin of the highest order. He has nothing constructive to say and doesn't realise alot of the fans thought both Pearsons were doing a good job, before this past week. Wait until the new manager starts losing games and he'll be the first on here criticising him and calling everyone, who doesn't share his opinions, a happy clapper.
