Ellis Simms is a good goalscorer. His only downside when he was at Sunderland was that he had the first touch of a baby elephant. You've got a decent championship standard player on your hands, though.
I had heard (probably rubbish) that we were trying to bring TJJ back this season. He seemed very well liked by those at the club and has 1 year left on his contract at Arsenal so wouldn’t be surprised if he leaves there on a permanent this summer (given Arsenal’s transfer ambitions) He could play across a number of positions in attack so I’d be happy if there’s some truth in it, but like I said. Not too sure about TJJ. Had an OK "season" with us, bit that was L1, and dint really set the league on fire. Technically gifted, but not sure he's any better than what we have. Yes, adds to the squad, numbers but think we need to aim higher in quality up front. Not for me

Thats the difference to where weve come from and the Championship, theres some big hitter, cash rich Clubs that we will have to compete with in the coming season, weve got what we wanted and now its time to see who can make the step up and who cant.
