See Ireland drew with England 34-34 in the U-20s World Championship, there have been some really tight games, All Blacks beat Wales 27-26. I can't see any sign of Scotland in it though, I am guessing they just got a bye through to the knockout stages because they are so good.

I watched some of the Italy v SA game last night, the Italians won, it was pissing down and the pitch was like a mud bath, like a game from the 80s, it was great
