    We don't have all the power in this one. Despite Jobe being one of our most inexperienced players, his name and reputation gives his team leverage. He's aiming to go to the very top. Either we get to the Premier League and maybe keep him for longer or he looks to move on in a couple of years.

    At that age mate I wouldnt push them on shape or anything. Focus everything on having the ball at their feet. Loads and loads of ball mastery. In a game let them play. You see them chasing the ball, that is a good thing, we should want them to want the ball. They will find standing in space alien, unless they are a really good bunch. Rotate their positions, kids arent strikers ot defenders. I a 5 v 5 if you can guide them to play a sort of diamond that might best, but dont stress when they are all over the place. Let them learn by making mistakes. Talk to them after the match, dont tell them what to do during. All sounds daft I know. Best thing for kids to early teenage years is futsal if there is any local. They will improve 5 times quicker playing that than playing standard football, and it will make them much better standard footballers.

    My thoughts anyway.
