Bournemouth have done the one thing I despise in football. Gone behind a current manager's back brought in somebody else then sacked the current guy before he can clear his desk.

I really do feel sorry for Gary O'Neill especially as he got them to 15th and safe.

What would you prefer. Sack the manager with no replacement lined up? Hawk the job around and getting turned down by your preferred candidates? Give the job to your 5th placed interim that plays a completely different style of football for the squad you have and finally sack him with four games to go and employ a footballing dinosaur?
