How dare the deep state execute this hit job against him.

Meanwhile, Trump: can you please make sure you get it on tape that I have these documents and that I am aware that it's illegal, it's very important to me.

The funny thing is he changed the law to make it a felony to try and get Hilary convicted - and now he may go to prison.

Some huge news today from NHS England who are stepping up child safeguarding and will be relying on science rather than ideology. NHSEngland are proposing that puberty blockers will no longer be dished out like Smarties and instead will only be administered as part of clinical research.

NHSE said, ...puberty suppressing hormones should not be routinely commissioned for children and adolescents who have gender incongruence/dysphoria.
Primary intervention will be offering psychosocial and psychological support with the main objective to alleviate distress associated with gender incongruence and promote the individual's wellbeing.

Earlier this week Norway joined Finland, Sweden and the UK as it announced it is revising it's current guidelines as it no longer considers them to be evidence based. Under their proposed updated guidelines, the use of puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and transition-related surgery would be restricted to research contexts and no longer provided in clinical settings.

In Australia, one of the largest medical indemnity insurers will no longer be insuring medical people in private practice against future claims arising from the initiation of cross-sex hormones for a minor or from assessing a minor as eligible for medical transition.
The web magazine AusDoc said that the insurer's policy decision has, rattled GPs treating gender-diverse patients

    Good

And now Boris has done one, as well, after finding out that he would be sanctioned. Today is a good day in international politics.

I agree with you. However I think that the big difference is that this will destroy Boris Johnson's politcal career whilst int he States, the inidictment will have no effect. Trump will still be elected as the Republican candidate and the American electorate will be forced to entetaining voting for someone who will possibly be behind bars.

I said a few years back on this board that Boris will ultimately face criminal charges and I would assume that this action is only the first of many, The fact that he has fallen on his sword speaks volumes. I really believe that Johnson will ultimately end up getting sent to jail. This is the tip of the iceberg. I really hope that he takes others like Jacon Rees -Mogg down with him. Fingers crossed that this sees the end of the Right as a "credible" force in British politics.

I am prepared to bet we haven't seen the end of Boris in politics. Tories will get thumped in the next general election and Sunak will inevitably get the chop within the 5 years before the general election after next year's is due. It probably won't be that hard for him to get re-elected as an MP to be honest. He's got plenty of loyal MP's who would step aside from a safe seat for him when the time is right.

The fact that Trump could have over 100 criminal counts hanging over his head by that time (he's currently at 72, and there are two cases pending) and still be the choice of so many Republican voters is pretty terrifying, even if he doesn't get elected. A rather large portion of the population in the US -- and in several European countries -- has decided that the rule of law is far less important than getting their way, and that isn't going to sort itself out any time soon.

I mean it's not like we had any warning recently that the vast majority of our political classes are incredibly self-serving...

    Oh...

Dunno really. It’s hard to see a way back for him now. The public has seen through him and he won’t be forgiven in a hurry for flouting all his own rules while us little people didn’t get to see our relatives for months.

And yet that straw blancmange has been allowed to put through the most utterly appalling honours list. Burns, Rees-Mogg, Fabricant all knighted. FABRICANT? It's like a cast of Fast Show characters.

Completely undermines everything. I'm actually quite angry about it all.

OBE for Bill Cash. It’s just a blatant piss-take, not even trying to hide it.

****ing Priti Patel a dame? It's just honours for being his mate.

The absolute greatest thing King Charles could do, and would go some way to making me a staunch royalist, would be to look at that honours list and say "nah mate, not having that, you daft turd".

The west is ****ed. When you actually summarise it objectively:

    - UK has an unelected leader, leading an incompetent party of corrupt buffoons.
    - US is led by a dementia addled criminal who is turning the USA into a banana republic by indicting anyone that disagrees with him and covering up all of his own crimes.
    - Europe collapsing under the weight of its outrageous debt burden and open border policy causing babies to be stabbed in their prams.
    - Meanwhile all of the above nations are throwing countless billions at an unwinnable war and an imaginary “climate crisis” instead of spending it on improving society for their own people.

The only winners are those elites at the top. The losers are.. everyone else.

This bit is just phenomenal. Tremendously big-brained stuff from the most smartestest President EVER. He's showing his IQ bigly.
