Doesn't this violate Not606's rules on hate speech?

Gary Jacob mentions similar names to Law and Percy’s article with regards to outs but touches on some targets too.

Says Raya is who we want to replace Lloris (I’m happy with that).

Barnes and Maddison (Maddison especially happy with, will take Barnes too).

James Ward-Prowse (if just for his freekicks and corners… why not?).

    We’re “aware” of Maguire’s situation (**** OFFFFF!).

Ward-Prowse is a pretty overrated player all things considered. The ultimate stat padder due to his supernatural dead ball abilities but from watching him and following Saints fans comments during and after games, it sounds like he doesn't work hard enough and struggles to control the midfield. I.e. he's not all that when the ball isn't stationary.

I’ve never been that sold on him either. Aside from his dead ball ability (which is top class) I don’t think he’s all that.

My out list either sell or loan -

Lloris, Tanganga, Lenglet, Sanchez, Reguilon, Sessegnon, Peresic, Winks Ndombele, Lo Celso, Lucas.

Spence and Gil integrated back into the squad

    Incomings -

    Raya,
    2 CBS
    Maddison or similar

Devine and Donnely added to squad ( wishful thinking I know )

So my 25 man squad next season

    Gk - Raya, Forster, Austin

    RB - Emerson, Spence

    LB - Udogie, Davies

CB - Romero , New CB, Dier, New CB

CM - Bentacur Bissouma, Skipp, Hojbjerg, Sarr

    AM - Maddison , Devine

    RW - Kulusevski, Porro

    LW - Son, Gil

    CF - Kane, Richarlison, Doneley

Kane should go for 3 years

come back when he’s 32 and break Shearer’s record by signing a 3 year contract with us for a humble enough wage and the acceptance that he might not be playing every game but he's got 3 years to smash that record.

    Where there’s a will…

At 32 he’ll probably still be one of the best on the planet too, I don’t see him slowing down til about 34ish so long as he gets no injuries. In the exact mould of the Lewandowski’s, Zlatan’s and Benzema’s of the world.

Isn’t Kane 30 next month? He would be 33 if Spurlock’s wishes were granted. I really can’t see Kane knocking in that many goals at that age.

Romano confirming Rennes won't be making joe Rodon's loan permanent

...which is hardly news, as Rennes' sporting director said they weren't going to last month

Sam Mokbel (and Matt Law...) are saying that we're looking at bringing in Harry Maguire this summer. Both of them also mention that Maguire is a good friend of Harry Kane, who has suggested the club look to bring him in previously

Putting aside how H really should've been more vocal when Maguire was available for peanuts when Hull went down, is this setting a precedent for our summer transfer stories? "Spurs linked with Player X, who is mates with Harry Kane" with the undertone of "And if they sign him, Kane will sign a new contract"? Or did somebody at the club buy a monkey's paw while on holiday?

Signing Harry Maguire would possibly be Levy's greatest ever wum.

I just can’t see it. Wouldn’t suit a high line and probably not a cheap deal given how risky he would be on the pitch.

Binning Dier just to replace him with Maguire would be elite Spursy behaviour.

In other news, Ben Jacobs says Saudi Arabia are working on a deal to get Sonny in 2024.

The Saudis are after Messi and Kante this summer

Obviously their entire league is the next Galacticos...

There is the whiff of "Eric Dier's in the team because he's Harry Kane's golf partner" about these rumours, it has to be said

Talk that Ben D may be surplus to requirements and let go this summer.
As I've said before, he's not a world-beater, but he's a top pro, 100% committed and an important member of the squad.
Really not sure that now would be the right time to lose him. <doh>
