Could be a few arguments in this weeks debate:

So season over but on the subject of relegation what would have happened if we had Sinisterra, Adams, Bamford, Rodrigo, Cooper, Forshaw all fully fit this season?

Would we really have been as bad defensively if Cody Drameh was still in the squad? I believe Drameh is a better defender than Kristensen and Ayling, he also creates more assists. Yes I know there are some who believe he’s lightweight and everyone is entitled to their views however 2 seasons in the Championship show he is one of the best defenders in the whole of the EFL and wanted by many clubs in the prem and Europe. Cresswell and Drameh should be the start of a rebuild at the back for me.

So Big Sam has been fooked off, good, now we have the problem yet again of finding a suitable coach because the last 4 have been totally unsuitable. This needs sorting as soon as we have a new board and we know who the majority owner will be.

We are going to be losing a lot of first team players but this could be the time that a lot of the money invested in the academy pays off. I think Greenwood and Summerville will be gone, but a chance we see Cresswell, Gelhardt, Perkins, Joseph, Gyabi, Gray, Bate as part of the first team squad.

Lots of hatred from the media and fans for Radz because The Athletic broke a story about ER being used as collateral for the Samp deal. The fact is it wasn’t used but the media are making Hay (pardon the pun) about something that didn’t happen, in other words yet another non story but getting clicks. I will always be thankful for Radz but agree he should have gone last summer and maybe we could still be in the prem. his failures over the last 18 months are at the heart of what’s happened. He was in charge and sanctioned Orta’s dealings and in fact it was he who sacked Bielsa not Orta.

So according to Angus Kinnear the 49ers have been out on their own looking for a replacement. They have even had at least one zoom call with Bielsa a few weeks ago. Its also believed they are sounding out Brenden Roger’s.

Good news for Rodrigo who has been called up to the Spain squad again, so will only enhance his value when we sell him any time soon.

There are also reports that Cresswell has a relegation clause in his contract, so he may opt to go elsewhere if his trigger price is reached. They tried to offload him last summer…… lets not forget that Cresswell and Colwell either play together for England U21s as CBs or share the same position in competition for starting. Colwell is a Chelsea kid on loan at Brighton and Brighton have been quoted £30m to buy him. Lots of prem clubs may see Cresswell as a cheaper option?

Adams was a massive loss when he tore his hamstring. Roca's form plummeted too, with, without his pivot partner. I think we would have picked up enough points had Adams been fit. Our defence needed an anchor man, just like we did when Phillips was about.

Probably, our best player(certainly our best passer) in the last month was Forshaw. I'd give him a one year extension. From memory, Leeds were open to selling Cressy in January to either Coventry or Boro.

Agree and reckon if we had Sinisterra all season he would have replaced Raphinha as was the original plan. His goals were missed and could have kept us up. But Adams was a massive miss and was really our skipper in the field

I’d give him a one month extension since he can only manage four games a season <doh>

The ER stadium news is starting to leak out. Apparently the Stadium isn’t owned by Radrizanni's company. It was transferred in to a different one in 2020 in which the board of directors include Radz, Kinnear and the 49ers. That doesn't alter the fact that Radz did try and use ER as collateral. It's just that he needed signatures from the other directors and they knew **** all about it.

The other rumours are that Leeds still have alot of back room staff even if they don't have an owner, manager or DoF. By backroom staff I mean that the physios are still there and have given the players their summer fitness schedule. The scouting network is still there and they have targets specifically at LB, midfield and up front lined up. Orta and his guy (whose name I forgot) left but the scouting team underneath are still working.

The 49ers have a behind the scenes team ready to go once they oust Radz. Radz is the guy who is holding everything up at the moment. Kinnear is the guy who seems to be running the club at the moment and he has a shortlist of managers which include Rodgers, Corberan, Gerrard and Lorient (the French club not Leyton Orient) manager Regis Le Bris.

Hopefully this can get sorted next week.

Lewis Bate looks like going out on loan next season but **** knows how that rumour started without a manager in place. I'm calling bullshit on that one.

Let's not forget Cresswell refused to move in January. I think he'll hang around.

Newcastle, Burnley and Luton as a minimum so far with clubs in Germany and Italy also looking

“Burnley and Luton Town can both offer Drameh the Premier League football he deserves, so it feels as though Leeds have missed their chance to given Drameh the starting spot.”

Listening to talkSPORT earlier and they had the Peterborough owner on. Apparently having a separate business to own the stadium and not have the club own it is much more common place than supporters think. He was saying it’s shrewd and was going on to explain why but unfortunately I had a meeting and missed that part. Basically saying using it as security for a loan is nothing story only Leeds being relegated makes it seem like an issue.

Radz bought ER back in 2017 through another of his companies called Greenfield. He later transferred it into another company that he owns Elland Rd holdings or something. When the 49ers were getting involved heavily he sold them shares in the company too to reflect the 56/44 split in shares so all the bollox about Radz doing a Bates and selling Chelsea but not the ground is well wide of the mark. When the deal goes through the 49ers will also be buying the rest of the shares in ER so they would own the club and the ground.

Just fooking amazed at The Athletic, Phil Hay, Graham Smyth printing shyt thats a non stiry and passing it off as if it’s the biggest story since Rose West had a threesome with her hubby and daughter

Everyone banging on about relegation clauses but someone has to be prepared to meet the price. These are figures reported in the press so dunno how close they are.

Adams release clause is supposedly up at around the £30 million mark. Who the **** is gonna pay that? Maybe West Ham if they sell Rice for £100 million.

Leeds are expected to break even on Aaronson if he leaves so that would put him at about £25 million. Nobody will pay that.

Harrison is more realistic at £17 million.

I'd expect Sinisterra to have one but who is gonna pay £20 million + for someone who is currently injured and has been injured most of the season.

Alot of these players with relegation clauses have been **** this season. Foreign clubs can rarely pay these prices. They don't have the same TV money that we have over here. So we are looking at top 4 clubs from Germany, France, Spain and Italy to sign this ****ing lot and they won't touch them with a barge pole. Therefore we are looking at the likes of Forest, Everton, Brentford, Bournemouth to come calling with a shed load of cash.

These players wanting to leave should have tried harder this season and they might have got some credit in the bank for someone to actually want them. The situation most of them find themselves in will be stuck at a club that doesnt want them, on half wages and nobody meeting the asking price because they've been so ****.

It's a shame because they can all **** off as far as I'm concerned.

Said similar a few days back, I hope we do have release fee offers made as the players aren't worth the amounts stated. The downside is the unrest of having players looking to leave but clubs not willing to pay those release fee fee's

I read today that James wants to fight for a place

No need to be so koi about your feelings Wakey.

Eel be fine, no need to keep carping on about how much he appears to flounder on the pitch.

So get off your perch, he will soon be doing the conger as he skates down the wings ;)

Just to annoy it seems every fooker I will say this again and try and simplify it. Players like Sinisterra are wanted by top clubs, Aaronson wanted by clubs in Germany, Italy and USA, McKennie wanted by Arsenal, WHU, Newcastle and countless other teams in Europe. I can go on but why are these players coveted by top clubs elsewhere…… because they have been playing great everywhere except Leeds under a bunch of useless managers and don’t know what job they are supposed to be doing. . Llorente still wanted by Roma why if he’s shyte? Koch wanted in Newcastle, Spurs, WHU and clubs in Germany are all these clubs stupid? Joseph now wanted by Barcelona even though they had the chance to take him from Espanyol but Leeds got him first. Rodrigo wanted by teams in Spain and now wanted by the National team again. Countless clubs covet Harrison even though most of the season hes been shyte for us.

Lets just say that for me I blame the managers from Marsch onwards and a bunch of overpaid players who decided they had had enough of mediocrity from coaches, tactics and directors

We need more Dan James types in the team as he always gives 100% and always gets stuck in. However because we had ideas above our station it was deemed we could do without his grit and determination as well as his goals and assists.

That's would be for the Big Sam style though.

Playing Struijk high and wide and hitting him aerially was the gist of it I think.
