Haha. Just said to my mate. Bet Scotty Parker & Jones run themselves into the ground and to change things up the Spanish will just take off Silva, Iniesta or Xavi and bring on Matta and Fabregas. Who've we got to come on- Barry?
they remind me of city under pearson for the most part, pretty passing, with no shots on goal....yet when i pointed this out i was told it was great
Because it's pass, pass, pass, pass.................................................................................pass, pass, pass, pass..............................................................................pass, pass, pass...................................................................pass, pass, pass. Try something clever and it fails. England have it for 30 seconds. Then it's pass, pass, pass, pass........................................ please log in to view this image
Always said it - 25 sideways passes then back to the keeper is turgid. I just don't get the ****fest over them.
yeah its tap tap tappy tap tap ....it annoys me that so called good teams freak out that a football team will pass the ball , so like rabbits in the headlights , the sit back in awe and give them a free reign . the best bit about the spanish play was their eagerness to get the ball back .
They have to "sit back in awe". The best players in the world will walk all over a team who dives in at them. Fair play to England tonight, tactically perfect. Inter also played it perfectly when they won the Champions League. They aren't unbeatable but they're damn good at what they do and its a pleasure to watch. Surely you didn't find last seasons Champions League final boring? It was a football masterclass, even for a Manchester United fan.
Watched on a really bad feed; it did look like the spicks would score at sometime in that last 20 mins, but with the England mid-field running themselves into the ground, luck held.
I agree, I wouldn't want to watch that type of football week in week out, they won't win master mind with all those passes!
