For him to be at the SoL in the stand is one thing, maybe as a guest of Speakman or something but for him then to go down onto the pitch suggests to me that there is more to this. I'm choosing to believe its a done deal. Welcome to Sunderland Jobe.
by the sounds of it the still believe he has the same type of potential as his brother but will take a couple of more years later to hit it Liverpool madrid dortmund and the mags have been sniffing round him he'll probs be the biggest coup the club has pulled off in years

We already have in signing Ekwah! [/QUOTE] Going to be some player that lad. Not sure how true it is as it was undisclosed fee officially but some sites said at the time he was free with a sell on clause of 25% and some fees to be paid if he hit certain targets! **** me we do excellent business these days. We used to be held to ransom on signings in both fee and wages. Now we look at fees and think how the **** did they negotiate that! Cirkin is the only deal where we can think **** that might bite us but it was still great business as it allowed us to get him here!
THIS. Nail on head. Ignore the name Bellingham and just look at the 17 year old brick **** house who’s been a semi regular in a mid-table championship side and tell me you’re not excited.
Birmingham seem to have some very good young players coming through which should give us a lot of confidence. I can’t say I’ve seen much of him other than against us but to be playing championship football at that age and in that position says a lot. I’ve seen more of George Hall at Brum and he looks like a cracking young player.
Didn’t Speakman ‘discover’ the Bellinghams? Or have a role to play? I’m all for this signing and he absolutely matches the blueprint.
I don’t think that’s him like, unless he managed to grow a beard during the match. Looks like the bloke from Power
I'm sure I read someone else saying there was 2 new players there yesterday mate so that might be other one.
I have said more than once, and I stand by it "If you build it, they will come". Any young player out there, whom are labelled "Ballers" will chomp at the bit to come and play here. All It took was one or two quality young players to come in, they tell their mates, then they sign and we them create the reputation of the place to be. I mean some of our football has been f**kin delicious this season.
That's exactly it. Players out there who don't get a game for their teams no matter whether they are in the Premier or Championship or wherever will have been watching us this season and yesterday especially and wanting to play in that team. The type of football we're playing, the camaraderie the team has with each other as well as with the fans - who wouldn't want to be a part of that, even if it was just a stepping stone up to the so called top teams in Europe?
