No. But it’s not a nice feeling even so. im so disenfranchised I only remembered to check the result at 6pm. Knew we would lose.
I don’t have a lot of confidence in them TBF, their recent appointments do not fill me with great expectations in the summer.
Le God finally posting some sense on twitter. What we would have given for him in his prime. Selles would have probably dropped him for Ely though
He wouldn’t have got any game time because he wouldn’t be running back to defend. Regardless off being the only attacking intent!
Yesterday was a decade since one of the greatest championship moments ever. For advocates of VAR - just for a second imagine how this would have played out if VAR was there, and then tell me how it's made the game better.
What are the rules with televised Championship games? Are we likely to get more, less or about the same and will they be on Sky, BT Sports etc?
also what is iFollow thing? Does anyone know what US channel (if any) has EFL rights? I can get my daughter to subscribe.
Part of that is because the recruitment pre-SR was so poor we had very few players who were worth anything for us to actually sell and generate money.
My understanding of iFollow (which may be wrong, so I'm happy for anyone to correct the below) is that any EFL club can sign up to the service. The vast majority of EFL clubs have duly signed up. By signing up, it allows that club to sell streaming rights to their own fans - either on a match-by-match basis, or as a season ticket. However, it only covers matches which: 1. Are not shown live on Sky, and 2. Are not played during the 3pm Saturday blackout Basically this leaves midweek matches and bank holiday matches (minus those shown on Sky). No extra cameras, commentators or pre/post match analysis is provided. It's pretty basic. So I think a lot of clubs hook it up to their local BBC radio commentary. For anyone who has a Sky subscription, there's no value in paying for iFollow as well, because Sky put the iFollow games up on their red button service. There are separate iFollow subscriptions for domestic or overseas fans. For domestic fans, the iFollow service only has one season left, because when the recently announced new Sky TV deal comes in as from 2024/25, Sky will essentially be taking be taking over iFollow and re-packaging it as a more professional, fully equipped, red button service (eg with their own commentators etc).
I just checked and currently some are streamed on espn+. I may have to cough up and get it now. It also has FA cup. That was the hardest part last time we went. Never got to see a game for years. Fortunately this forum kept me in the know.
I think she has that so will have to get her details and test it out with my magic DNS that works for all the other services she has Thanks
