Only player in the squad who can can furious with our predicament. He's been here for all our success and different regimes and is rightfully pissed off that we went down so toothlessly. He's going to be bloody amazing at whoever he goes to, as long as he doesn't Rickie Lambert his career.
Quite a fitting performance meek and half arsed. Full time was strange, players just acted like it was any other game, off to have a lovely chat with the opposition. No acknowledgement of what had just happened over the PA or anywhere really, no thanks given to the supporters. Club has massively lost its way.
Well thank god that is over. Hopefully this time next year we’ll be a a lot happier. Onwards and upwards. We are Southampton. We March on COYR!!
Not making him a scapegoat but just recognising that the decline started on his watch and his squad management was questionable at times.
No Fight, No Guts, No Anything. Absolute joke of a joke at the moment. As I’ve said before, the next few weeks are crucial to where we go next. Get a proper manager and coaching staff in, get rid of all these gutless joke of so called professional players now, not after Liverpool, Now. Learn from signing mercenaries like Salisu etc, who don’t give a **** and probably wouldn’t even roll his sleeves up to wash up, let alone fight for the club that pays him tens of thousands each week. Give back to us suffering fans SR. No bullshit promises. Don’t rip us off with season tickets etc next season. Make them cheap, get the fans in. Get proper players etc. Worse team I’ve seen in all my years of following this great club.
I don’t watch it as much as I used to , but I enjoy it when I do . ABBA though , simply brilliant pop music . Agnerha Faltskog . I wasted a few fluid ounces over the thought of her in my time
We are an asset management company looking to make a few quid on player sales, not a football club. Soulless
Ah mate there's gonna be a lot of piss-taking over the next few days, and rightly so. Not much we can come back with so might as well just soak it up. Give it back another day.
Even up against some very strong opposition (basically every home game), that was a big contender for worst performance of the season. Certainly not worst result of the season (it wasn't on the same level as, say, Wolves or Grimsby). But performance wise, that was awful. Fulham didn't need even to get out of training ground mode to win that.
